Triumph GT6 - Purchasing a GT6 1967

Hi! Just some input. Looking at a 1967 (or 1968) GT6, engine runs, hydrolics need work, only rust I can see is on RH floor panel, brakes bad, interior rough; PO is asking $500. Comments? Thanks!

Oh, need to rebuild carb. PO says engine appears to have a racing cam and shaved heads... revs faster than any other GT6 I've ever heard. Thanks
