MG TD TF 1500 - Dutch MG TD

Hi, wonder if someone in California could help an MG owner friend who lives in Holland and wants to know about the history of the US exported mg td he bought.

His 1951 MG TD came from Hermosa Beach LA California in 2001. He is interested in the history of the car. The last owners of the car as far as he can determine was Bernard Archie & Nancy Bailor apparently since 1969. Their last known address is 445 31st St, Hermosa Beach CA 90254, United States. My fiend has sent a Christmas card to the address, hoping they might respond, but so far he is unsure whether the previous owners still live at that address. Apparently ownership of the car passed to Nancy before it was exported. Like all of us my friend would like to know as much abut his car as possible. So if anyone know the former owners or any other information about the car please let me know. Thank you for any help in advance.
